Description

High quality reproduction of the classic Tolix collection, this iconic designer dining chair with armrests features a light oak seat and is crafted from pressed and formed steel sheet that is powder-coated in a wide choice of designer colours and neutral tones including the full RAL colour palette.

Originally designed in 1934, the Tolix chair was a favourite of cafés and retro kitchens all over the world. By 1956, the classic Tolix was finally created and is featured in collections of the MoMA in New York, the Pompidou Centre in Paris and the Vitra design collection in Weil am Rhein in Germany.

The Tolix Bastille collection includes a dining chair, a chair with armrests, a bar and counter stool, a low dining height stool and a table in a selection of heights and sizes. Some pieces are available with a light or dark oak seat, with an upholstered seat pad and with a perforated steel seat or a hand hole.
