PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES:
All product delivery times are shown on each product under the heading. These delivery times are estimated by the information provided to us by our suppliers and are for guidance only. Your order will be monitored and updated. You can monitor its progress through the My Account area of the website. Should there be any unforeseen delays with your order you will be contacted in advance by a member of our Customer Care team.
WEBSITE ORDER STAGES:
Once we have received your order, you will be updated by email as your order reaches each of the following stages listed below.
Understanding Your Order Stages:
Processed: Your order is now in production.
Ready to Dispatch: Your order is now in our warehouse and ready to dispatch.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Complete: Your order has been delivered and is now complete.
Décor delivers via its own delivery vehicles with either a one or two man delivery crew, for some location we may use an approved delivery partner. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Delivery is based on delivery to ground floor area, delivery to multi storey locations may incur extra costs. Where certain goods require assembly, we offer an on-site assembly service, contact us for pricing - firstname.lastname@example.org Delivery is free for orders over €1,000 excluding VAT
Order value under €500 excluding VAT, Delivery charge €25 excluding VAT
Order value €500 to €1,000 excluding VAT, Delivery charge €45 excluding VAT
Order value over €1,000 excluding VAT, Delivery is free of charge
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - (BUSINESS TO CONSUMER):
Change of mind returns: All items to be returned must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to submit the Returns Request Form at the footer of this website.
Made For You
Made to order and Made For You products are not eligible for return, however faulty or damaged items will be exchanged free of any delivery cost
Making a Return
To make a return please complete and submit the Returns Request Form found at the footer of the website. Once this has been received and confirmed you will be emailed a Sales Return Number (SRTN) this will include details of how the item should be packed. You will need to cover the return delivery cost of your order to our warehouse of €45 excluding VAT. We will refund an item within 14 days of receipt into our Distribution Centre. The refund will not include the original delivery charge or the returns delivery cost. If the item has not been returned in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Faulty or damaged goods: Décor makes every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and to deliver them to you in perfect condition. We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered as this helps to avoid any doubt for items damaged in transit. If your item does prove to be faulty or damaged you have 14 days in which to alert us. Please do so by contacting our Customer Care team either by email on email@example.com. or call us on 021 475 7777, The team will discuss options with you which may include exchanging the item.
Cancelling your order: You may cancel an order at any point prior to delivery. Please send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. If we have not already dispatched the order you will be refunded in full. If, however, we have already dispatched the order you will not be refunded for the delivery charge and will be responsible for the returns delivery cost to our warehouse. Made to order and made for you products must be cancelled within 7 days of the order date cancellation received after this will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original order value.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS - FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS):
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if received within 7 days of the date of order. This must be received by email to: email@example.com. Once the cancellation has been approved you will receive a credit note.
SERVICE IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Services team in the first instance, at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the nature of your complaint. Our Customer Services team will investigate the issue and agree with you the best course of action which may include:
- Rectifying any defects
- Delivering any missing items
- Exchanging faulty products
- Returning goods against a store credit.
